Fax hotel request forms to 630-206-0617 after completing required information.
Reservations will be made on a first come basis based on when we receive the hotel forms from the team managers. For best options please fax the hotel forms back as soon as possible.
We submit the reservations and obtain confirmation numbers for each reservation and pass that information back to the team manager. Inquiries can then be made to the hotels based on the confirmation numbers. | |
