The Soaring Spirit's Shipping and Return Policies
Thank you for shopping our site. We appreciate your business! The Soaring Spirit strives to provide high quality products at a low price. Product prices listed do not include shipping fees or applicable sales tax.
Shipping The Soaring Spirit does not charge a handling or packing fee. Our shipping charges are based on UPS costs and will be added to your charge card before shipping. We will include a statement detailing shipping costs with your package. All product ordered from us will be shipped via UPS or the Postal Service. Please allow 2-8 days for standard ground delivery. If you need Express delivery, please notify us. We always do our best to fill all orders, however we can not guarantee availability of product. We will ship all in-stock items to expedite your order. Unavailable items will be placed on back-order and will automatically ship when available unless notified otherwise by you. In case of lost or damaged items due to shipping, contact the shipper to file a claim. Keep all original packing materials and paperwork until your claim is satisfied. Let us know if you receive a damaged item, and, if possible, we will try to assist in the resolution of your claim with the shipper. Returns In the event an item must be returned, please call The Soaring Spirit at 763-546-2100 for a return authorization. The Soaring Spirit will not be responsible for return shipping fees. Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt. The product must be properly packaged to ensure safe and undamaged return of item. It is the right of The Soaring Spirit to determine if a refund, replacement item or store credit will be issued in regard to returned merchandise. Food items can be returned only if they are unopened. Plastic, rubber or metal toys can be returned. However, for the protection of your birds and ours, we can not accept returns on porous items. That includes toys made with wood, rope, leather cloth. Rope perches, bungies and swings are not returnable.
