  • Who will own my site?

    Not to worry, you will always own your site. The proprietary software that your site runs on is ours and always will be but the contents of your site belong to you.

  • I am purchasing a Design Center package. Does that mean I need to purchase the Premium Responsive design too?

    No, the Premium Responsive design is an option that will help you hit the ground running with a site design that is more fleshed out than a regular responsive design. It also includes widgets and additional functionality that are deployed on the design that does not come with a standard design. A Design Center package is the ultimate way to get started, as you will have a site that has been custom designed for your business and is loaded with the content that you provide to us.   • With Managed Monthly Membership, what kinds of services are included in the 10 hours/month?

    1) Content management - Update copy for the client but they need to supply it. Update images but the client needs to supply the images they want to be updated.
    2) Add/modify/delete widgets - If they want us to do anything with our widgets, then we can do that.
    3) Overall site format changes - We'll do these as long as they can fit into their allotted 10 hours of work each month
    4) eCommerce - Update product data, minor formatting adjustments that don't require significant custom programming
    5) Social Media - Get things setup for them

  • Are there any limits on what tech support will help me with?

    1) Extensive custom programming - This is strictly for content management of your site. If you are looking for custom programming services, then we can offer you a solution but it's not included in this Managed Membership. Custom programming starts at $100 /hour and can be acquired by submitting a request to proposal@mawebcenters.com
    2) Buy images for you - You are welcome to supply images to us and we will place them on your site for you but we will not purchase images for you.
    3) Write copy for you - We will place whatever copy you want on your site but it has to be written by you or you can purchase our Content Writing services, if you preferred we write it for you
    4) Social Media posting - We have separate packages for this and you are welcome to purchase them in your admin
