They work with our credit specialist to get into a good position to purchase your home. The beauty of the program is that Deca St. is responsible to you for the payments regardless of what happens to our Tenant/Buyer. As the homeowner you only deal with us. No maintenance or management issues to worry about. We set up an escrow account that automatically pays your mortgage directly to your bank each and every month.
