We can accomodate any problem. We thoroughly inspect the property and provide the financial institution with a detailed listing of what we believe needs to be done to the property. We analyze what repairs are really necessary to get the property into sellable condition. If the financial institution wants the property to be in pristine condition, then we can accomodate that request. We handle all of the required activities ourselves, making it easier for the financial institution, because they only have to deal with us.
