Your Team

Dean Nelson

Dean has over thirty years experience as a financial executive, with a degree in accounting from the Johns Hopkins University. Dean has vast experience with structuring leases for spaces over 100,000 square feet, including build outs. He has worked with numerous banks and leasing companies and with this valuable experience he will concentrate in this area.

Steve Nawrocki

Steve brings thirty years of experience in the construction industry, in every facet, from new construction to rehab, and single family to commercial projects, with a keen eye to detail. He is sought out for the quality of projects he has supervised and is known as a fine craftsman in his own right. Steve will be supervising all of our rehab projects.

Our Mission

As the principles of Deca St. Properties, Steve and Dean each bring an important piece to the company and as a team cover all aspects of this industry. Both have attended numerous seminars learning how to create unique solutions to common as well as complicated problems. In addition , Steve and Dean are working together in all areas of the business drawing wisdom from each other so both will be well versed in all facets of the operations. With that commitment, you will always have more than one person up to date and working on your project. Our goal is to create a win/win situation for all parties involved.
