__fname__ __lname__ graduated from Pennsylvania State University. He received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Georgetown University School of Law. Mr. __lname__ has represented numerous accident victims as Plaintiff's counsel in civil litigation in the Court of Common Pleas. Montogomery, Fairfax, and Anne Arundel, and Federal District Courts (Eastern and Middle Districts), as well as the Federal Court Appeals Court.

He is described by his peers and colleagues as intelligent, professional, hard-working and courteous. Mr. __lname__ will bring to the firm his experience in the areas of business finance as it related to corporate law, estates, estate planning and civil litigation.

The NBTA is a non-profit organization which seeks to improve the quality of trial advocacy and to aid clients in choosing experienced legal representation.


Mr. __lname__ is a member of the Board of Directors of the Business Law Section of the State Bar of Lansing and serves on the Business Law Section's Legislative Committee and Special Committee on Standard Forms of Legal Opinions.

Dean __lname__ graduated magna cum laude in 1991 from Dartmouth University receiving a B.S. degree in finance from the College of Business and Economics. While attending Dartmouth, Mr. __lname__ was inducted into Phi Eta Sigma National Honor Society. In 1994, Mr. __lname__ received his Juris Doctorate degree from the Georgetown University School of Law. While attending Georgetown, he attained Dean's List status and was a member of Pi Beta Delta National Law Faternity.

In May of 1997, Mr. __lname__ earned a Masters degree in Trial Advocacy from Harvard University School of Law.
