Before been a founder and President of Kaddra-Farm, Inc. Amadu brima Kamara served as Assistant manager in Allies,Inc.(Non-profit org.) in New Jersey. During his tenure at Allies,Inc. Amadu was instrumental in helping the company's expansion, since joining in 2006. This includes teaching people with developmental disabilities, how to acquire the physical, intellectual, emotional and social skills needed to live as independently as possible with a history of building and growing farmers-network for national and international development projects.
Amadu also served as Accountant in the Ministry of Health (Sierra Leone Government- West Africa) 15 years experience, while maintaining fiscal responsibility and day to day management of financial operations. Kaddra-farm, Inc. as a non-profit corporation strives to excel in the Agriculture business by organizing activities targeting the development plans for communities, as well as giving people (Skills) needed to start working with this company.  Kaddra-farm Inc's objective is to capture market share in the Agriculture industry, by offering competitively priced goods and services, quality product line, building a strong and skilled personnel team that will solidify our foundation, sustain the growth of the company, and would be responsible for the distribution of donated material from the donors to the consumers of recipients. Kaddra-farm,Inc with continued growth and success, operations are scheduled to expand throughout New York in the long term, and also farmers in Sierra Leone (West Africa) respectively. Kaddra-farm, plans to organize groups in the communities with the aim of helping them to develop community parks in Kings County. Kaddra-farm,Inc intends to support its growth through continuous emphasis on customer satisfaction, introduction to product enhancements and/or additional services, and establishing long term relations with our suppliers and vendors. Kaddra-farm Inc would foster farmers interest to use Hybrid crops and Tilapia Culture in the chiefdoms such as, Magbama, Samu, Mambolo, Gblin-Dixing, Masunbgala, Tonkolimba and Briama Chiefdom in Kambia District- Sierra Leone (West Africa), so that they can produce more healthy both for food and sale.
