| SKILLED NURSING SERVICES
Following hospitalization for surgery, illness, or injury, medical needs may be complex and require the skills provided by our interdisciplinary team to facilitate recovery through short term rehabilitation and to aide in the transition from hospital to home. Our team is comprised of licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, physical, occupational and speech language pathology therapists, licensed social worker, registered dietitian, and activity director.
