REHABILITATION SERVICES

Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology services are offered.

These services are available 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

The Rehabilitation Department is involved in the skilled care of residents with a variety of needs and diagnoses (short-term rehab/sub-acute care/long term care).

All residents are screened and evaluated by a therapist within 24 hours of referral.

Rehabilitation professionals are involved in care planning, family meetings and discharge planning.
