About Jay Jalil Nassirzadeh - Owner/Administrator My family and I have owned and operated the Phillips Manor Nursing Home since 1999. During this time, Phillips Manor was rated as the best nursing facility in the Greater Lynn area twice. I am licensed as a nursing home administrator in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. I am also a licensed real estate sales person in Massachusetts. I immigrated to the United States in 1962 and have been a U.S. citizen for 27 years. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Bentley College and a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Prior to purchasing Phillips Manor, I served in the capacity of Administrator for other nursing homes and as manager for other service providers and real estate companies. |
